With this sculpture I want to show love grown still, emotional connection, concern for the other, respectful rest and mutual trust. The artist in me reacts against the numbness and self-centredness of our society, where instant satisfaction is more important than building durable relationships and where people hurt each other in trying to boost their own egos.
